We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including disability, housing and mental health services.
The Mental Health and Tenancy team at WCS is seeking qualified and experienced Case Managers to join the newly established Tenancy Assistance Program (TAP).
TAP provides eviction prevention services in the ACT. Utilising evidence-based models TAP has been designed to provide targeted intervention for people at risk of losing their tenancy. TAP will be provided for participants Monday to Friday, within business hours. The TAP Case Manager supports individuals and families who are at risk of homelessness or facing eviction. The role aims to improve housing stability, address barriers to secure accommodation and ensure tenants are linked to essential services.

To be eligible for employment, you must also have an ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, working right in Australia, and be willing to undertake background checks required for the position.
