The Kinship Care Program delivers quality case management support to vulnerable children and young people aged 0-18 years who are in the care of a relative or a member of their social network while they are unable to live with their parents. The program supports both statutory Child Protection clients and voluntary clients without any Child Protection intervention.
As Team Leader, you will provide effective leadership, supervision and support to a dedicated team of Case Managers. The role will work closely with the Adoption, Permanent and Kinship Care Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of high quality, consumer-focused services and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and reporting requirements.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Diploma qualification in Community Welfare Work, Youth Work or a related discipline. Tertiary qualifications in Social Work will be highly regarded.
