We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Youth Residential Services Program on a full time, ongoing basis.
The position leads a team of residential care workers providing effective assessment and support services to vulnerable children and young people who have been placed in residential care. The Team Leader will ensure quality service delivery in accordance with program standards, funding body agreements, accreditation, and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

We are looking for a motivated leader who has a genuine interest in, and commitment to, working and caring for children and young people in need.
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Cert IV in Child Youth and Family Intervention or has completed the mandatory top up units. A current driver’s licence and first aid level 2 certificate (including CPR) are also essential for the role.
