About the opportunity

We have multiple opportunities available for Support Workers to join our team. The position is responsible for providing support to a group of residents in a community residential setting and ensures their participation in developing person centred plans and implementing person centred approaches in all aspects of residents’ lives.

Locations – Chirnside Park, Kilsyth, Ringwood, Croydon & Mount Evelyn

About you

To be successful in your application you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
  • A current First Aid and CPR
  • A current driver’s license
  • A current working with children check card (employee)
  • Experience working in the disability residential services sector
