We have outstanding opportunities for passionate and experienced people to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organization. The Support Worker works directly with consumers to support a socially inclusive approach to active and healthy ageing through the delivery of group support that promotes wellbeing and reablement; contributing to the consumers ability to remain living independently and socially connected.
We're looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will have a Certificate III aged care or equivalent and experience working in a aged care sector and driving a 12-seater bus. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
