We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Case Manager to join our Child, Youth and Family Reunification Program. The program supports clients across a range of care settings including Home Based Care, Residential Care, Lead Tenant, Adolescent Community Placement and the Adolescent Support Program.
The Senior Case Manager will deliver quality case management support to vulnerable children and young people aged 0-18 years who are unable to live with their own families. The role will also undertake foster carer recruitment, training and retention activities. In addition to holding a caseload of complex cases, the Senior Case Manager will be responsible for providing formal supervision and mentoring support to other Case Managers within the team.
