About the opportunity

As a Quality Improvement Business Partner you will support the Manager to improve service delivery by actively deploying risk, accreditation, safety (including injury management) and quality management objectives across programs and services.

Reporting to the Quality Improvement Business Partner Manager, you will be part of a team of Quality Business Partners that drives the work of the Quality team across Victoria and Tasmania.

About you

You are a dynamic quality, risk and safety professional with a high level of change management skills. Ideally, you have experience in working within large and complex organisations, supporting senior leaders in quality, risk and safety initiatives.
You have strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across the organisation quickly to ensure the success of the Quality team objectives.
