In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will work under the guidance of the Integrated Intake and Community Supports Manager to deliver high-quality support through:

• Case Management – providing tailored, person-centred support
• Community Development – empowering stronger, resilient communities
• Group Work – facilitating programs that inspire connection and growth

• Can collaborate with funding bodies, partner organisations, and stakeholders

Your skills and experience 

• Certificate in Community Services or relevant experience (desirable)
• Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
