As our Service Leader and nominated Supervisor, you will lead our operations and help grow our OSHC service and team so that we can deliver high-quality early childhood education and care to children.
You will also be well-supported in your role. You will have access to our dedicated Educational Leaders, who will help you plan and implement quality play-based educational and leisure programs.

Located at Portland North & Bundarra Primary Schools, our rural service will give children more time with their peers when school finishes. It will provide experiences to help children connect with the outdoors and nurture an understanding and love for the environment.
It’s a permanent part-time role with dedicated non-contact time to complete your management tasks. Working 20 hours per week, shifts typically start at 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
In addition to base salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
