This is an exciting role (maternity leave position) which will provide OT service provision to clients of the Street to Home (S2H) Program, as part of the DHHS funded Multi Disciplinary Supportive Housing Team. The position provides in depth assessment of clients living skills and social identity, who may be living rough or recently housed primarily through a housing first model to determine independent living readiness while supporting clients to gain these skills.

Applicants for this role will have a thorough practical working knowledge and understanding of person-centred approaches to working with clients who are sleeping rough, chronically homelessness or may be in housing supported by the S2H team. You approach your work with a strong commitment to working proactively and are passionate about working with people who may have significant social and mental health issues.
