We have outstanding opportunities for passionate and experienced people to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organization. The aim of the support coordination team is to provide support coordination for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, strengthen participant’s ability to navigate the NDIS and coordinate their supports and to facilitate implementation of all supports identified in a participant’s plan.

We're looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapist OR Certificate IV in Disability Services or similar and/or equivalent knowledge and experience within the sector. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
