About the opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced person to join our Lifeline team. The Manager Lifeline has responsibility for the leadership, management and development of the Lifeline Ballarat Program; specifically leading and managing a team of dedicated staff and volunteers; ensuring the delivery of high quality telephone crisis intervention services; leading the continued development of Lifeline training delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About you

We’re looking for an authentic leader who is highly motivated to join our committed team. A tertiary qualification in human/community services, public administration and/or business management or a related field is essential for this role along with a minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar role. Strong decision making, analytical and communication skills with outstanding professional qualities are key to be successful in this role.
