We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our Southern Senior Leadership team. The Manager is responsible for the operational and strategic leadership, management and development of high-quality Home Based Care services across our Southern Region. The program delivers case management support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families in a foster care arrangement, and oversees the recruitment, supervision and ongoing support of volunteer carers.
As Manager – Home Based Care, you will lead a committed workforce to deliver a range of quality services to vulnerable children, young people and families who present with complex needs. The Manager will ensure that services effectively respond to consumer and community needs, and ensure services are delivered in accordance with statutory requirements. The Manager will also be responsible for chairing decision-making panels for foster carer accreditation.
