We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced person to join our highly reputable community services organisation. The Intake & Recruitment Senior Worker will support the delivery of high-quality intake & assessment of clients within our Social Support program.
The role will also involve volunteer recruitment, training and onboarding processes as well as supporting connections with clients and volunteers. In addition to modelling leading practice in the social support space, the role will involve supervision of staff, operational service delivery, program promotion, monitoring and evaluation in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards

We're looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community.
You will have a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services or equivalent and minimum 3 years in people leadership, preferably with significant aged care and volunteer recruitment experience.
Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
