The Finding Solutions and Adolescent Support worker provides practical assistance and support to adolescents and their families, providing a creative services response to young people and their families which includes the use of mediation intervention, supporting and strengthening the family relationship.
The program aims to provide a response to highly vulnerable and complex needs individuals and families, delivering a high quality and sometimes intensive level of case assessment, support and intervention for individuals, families and children.

To be successful in this role, an ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, Diploma and / or substantial years of relevant experience in a human service, welfare, youth work or social services role and experience working with young people and families.
