This role works in a collaborative, care team approach to work with families where complex issues present and who are actively involved with Child Protection.
The target group for this model are children who are subject to unborn reports, very young children (0-5 years) and young adolescents (10-15 years)
This program allows for an innovative and creative response to meet the needs of all family members and to identify and mitigate risk.
