About the opportunity

The Facilities Manager is responsible for providing operational management of a portfolio of properties, buildings and infrastructure assets. This role will plan and implement cost-effective facility services across allocates sites and manage capital works projects.

As a Facilities Manager, you will interact and negotiate with service providers and other key stakeholders to ensure that facilities management functions are compliant with policy and legislation.

About you

You have a strong experience in a related facilities management role, specially leading a team and managing projects. Your ability in working strategically has helped you in planning and implementing effective projects. You have previous experience in articulating business cases relating to the ownership and/or utilisation of built assets and leased property.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building or related field or trade qualifications is a must.
