We have an exciting opportunity to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Office of the CEO, including Board of Directors and Leadership Team.
This is an essential role within the organisation acting as point of contact for the Office of the CEO. This role assists with managing key priorities and information, coordinating meetings and building high level relationships with key stakeholders.
In addition to providing general support and assistance, the Executive Support will coordinate briefings, manage appointments and travel, and develop and maintain systems to support the Office of the CEO.
You are an organised, calm under-pressure and approachable individual who is accustomed to working in a busy environment. You are able to anticipate the needs of those you support and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
You are great with technology, have a well developed sense of discretion and the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality. You enjoy meeting people and have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
You have previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant and are interested in taking a next step in your career.
