About the opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organisation.

This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring Vocational Action Plans by referring participants to relevant vocational / non vocational activities to support job readiness and securing sustainable employment.

About you

We're looking for a motivated individual who has a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will have previous experience in a similar position.  Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.

Experience:

  • Working in a target driven environment
  • Experience in dealing with complex situations
  • High degree of customer service and administrative skills

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Current valid driving license
  • Intermediate computer skills

Desirable:

  • Certificate IV Disability & or / Community Services / Employment Services & / or Career Development
