About the opportunity

Employment Coach will be responsible for Implementing and monitoring Job / Participation Plans,  working with participants to identify education and employment related goals. The position will also refer participants to relevant vocational / non vocational activities to support job readiness to secure sustainable employment.

About you

We're looking for motivated individual who have a genuine interest and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will also have:

• Certificate IV Disability & or / Community Services / Employment Services & / or Career Development (Essential)
• Experience in in case work gained within the community sector or employment services
• Current valid driving license (Essential)
• Experience working in a target driven environment
• Experience with dealing with complex individuals and situations
• Experience in cold calling/marketing
