The Division Assistant provides professional secretarial support to the Group Manager and programs delivered across Eastern Melbourne, including a range of child, youth and family services and homelessness support services. The role will build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and will work closely with the senior leadership team to support the performance and quality of operations in accordance with legislative and funding requirements.
As Division Assistant, you will support the Group Manager with various administrative tasks including triaging calls, calendar management, preparation of documents, correspondence and presentations, coordination of meetings and minute taking. The Division Assistant will also contribute to divisional reporting, activities and initiatives including, but not limited to budget and finance, quality, people and culture, workplace health & safety and special projects.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in the provision of senior administrative or executive support. Qualifications in business administration or previous experience in a human services organisation will be highly regarded.
