About the opportunity

We are seeking Diploma Qualified Educators who are passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing our community based early learning service.

The role is to work directly with other educators supporting the development and implementation of a high quality education program in a childcare setting. Provision of high quality programs, excellent team communication and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

Position description

About you

You are an Early Childhood Professional with a relevant qualification in Children's Services, or equivalent as approved by ACECQA (essential), with prior experience in an early childhood setting. Delivery of high quality programs, empathy, resilience, good communication, a desire to work in a collaborative team environment and ability to participate in the creation of a positive team culture are a must.
