About the opportunity

We have outstanding opportunities for passionate and experienced people to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organisation. The Melba Centre Coordinator will lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high quality client services; will monitor, evaluate and report on the service being delivered; will foster and drive a positive work place culture; will promote the principles of wellness and reablement; and will help develop a program that is flexible and innovative.

About you

We're looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will have a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services or equivalent and minimum 3 years in people leadership and management role, preferably with significant aged care  and volunteer management experience. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
