About the opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Client Liaison Administrator to join our Carer Services Program. The program delivers a range of support services to carers who provide unpaid care and support to a family member or friend, who is frail due to age or has dementia, a disability, mental illness, terminal illness or chronic health condition.

This newly established position will support Assessment and Planning Officers and the boarder Carer Services team with a range of administration and customer service tasks. The Client Liaison Administrator will act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, assisting with general queries and scheduling appointments for service delivery. The role will also provide data entry support within our client management system DC2Vue.

About you

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having previous experience in administration and customer service roles.

You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. A strong initiative and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly are essential to this role. You will enjoy interacting positively and calmly with people from all walks of life and be able to communicate clearly by phone and face to face.

Candidates with previous experience in a human services organisation will be highly regarded.
