We are seeking as skilled and enthusiastic assessor to join our Home Based Care Program on a casual basis. As a Carer Recruitment & Support Practitioner, you will conduct comprehensive interviews, screening processes and prepare assessment reports for potential foster carers under the ‘Step by Step’ accreditation framework. With consideration of the strengths and vulnerabilities of a potential carer, the Practitioner will put forward recommendations on the potential carer’s suitability for accreditation.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification. A tertiary degree in Social Work or a related discipline would be advantageous.
