Working in a small team, this position aims to reduce AOD related harms to individuals and their families by conducting assessments and providing a range of counselling and care and recovery interventions to assist parents who are required to comply with AOD treatment conditions as part of their child's family reunification order.

The successful candidate should have experience in assessment and counselling with specific skills in Drug and Alcohol and/or Dual Diagnosis. Experience in family violence and the courts system not necessary but beneficial. They should possess relevant health and/ or welfare Tertiary Qualifications such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences or a Certificate IV in AOD.
