We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Out-of-Home Care team based in Bella Vista. You will support children, young people, families, and foster carers, in out-of-home and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children and young people on your caseload. The Case Manager works within the framework of the Department of Communities and Justice, Permanency Support Program. Your Caseload would include working towards Restoration, Guardianship, Adoption and Long-Term Care.
This is a child-related role, and the Case Manager engages with children between 0 and 18 years of age.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 5 Pay Point 1, with capacity for salary packaging and the provision of a fully maintained motor vehicle available for private use. Superannuation is paid in addition at 11.5%.
