Wesley Out of School Hours Care (Wesley OOSH) provides high quality before and after school care and vacation care to primary school aged children. We currently have 14 services across Sydney and the Central Coast and are passionate about providing an environment that is warm, caring and engaging for children, staff, and families. We believe it is important that every child in our care feels at home in a secure environment where they can grow and learn.
This Wesley Out of School Hours Care Customer Service and Administration Assistant role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration duties of the OOSH services as directed by the Operations Manager. This position functions within the centres philosophy, policies and procedures and within the requirements of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Framework for School Age Care – My Time, Our Place.
To be successful in this position you will have strong customer service, administrative and communication skills with experience in using QikKids. You will have a cooperative approach to working with stakeholders, be a self-motivated, innovative and enthusiastic team player and be able to manage your workload in an efficient, professional, confidential and courteous manner with attention to detail. The Wesley OOSH team value teamwork and a can-do attitude, and we encourage you to spend time onsite at our services.
