The Service Quality & Compliance Manager will be expected to play a major role in ensuring the organisation is ready to meet all the requirements of the next accreditation and compliance with MARAM and the newly developed Case Management Program Requirements.

The current Executive Director is a seasoned leader who is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Deputy with a view to succession planning. Support and knowledge sharing will be generously provided to this newly created position in leading the organisation through this time of big change.

WLHH is currently located in the Eastern region but shortly moving to the North East into a new Core and Cluster purpose built accommodation facility. We are a small service currently undertaking significant growth.

The successful applicant will have a consultative and practical approach to decision making, an eye for detail, maturity, flexibility and comfort with change, a love of quality processes, emotional intelligence, a demonstrated commitment to feminist approaches and principles and the ability to bring others along with them.

0.8 EFT plus minimal participation on an on-call roster.

Permanent Ongoing.

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) – level commensurate with qualifications, and experience.
