Family Violence Practice Lead

Women's Liberation Halfway House

WLHH is focused on providing a safe and empowering environment for victim survivors to consider a range of options for their future and to enact their own decisions. We are committed to seeking outcomes that recognise each victim survivor as an individual and tailoring service delivery to meet the needs of all people.

We are moving from a business day model of service delivery to a 24/7 core and cluster facility and seeking an experienced family violence Practice Lead to support and mentor specialist family violence practitioners utilising a trauma informed and feminist leadership lens.

This is an opportunity to join the feminist team of Victoria's oldest family violence refuge in establishing our brand-new facility for victim survivors escaping family violence. WLHH has a strong culture based on collaboration, consultation, openness and professional respect where all staff feel valued and supported. Award wages, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, regular internal and external supervision and salary packing available to increase take home pay. Full time or part-time role will be considered for the right applicant.
