About the Role:

Windermere offers an incredible opportunity for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join an established and high performing People & Capability team. Reporting to the Senior Learning & Development Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of training, preparation and management of learning resources, management of the learning management system (LMS), monthly reporting, attend to L&D helpdesk queries and create and maintain the annual training calendar.

Under the guidance of the Senior L&D Partner, you will also be upskilled in instructional design to develop engaging, interactive and self-paced eLearning and face-to-face programs. This is a highly engaging role where you will be able to grow, mature your skillset in collaborating with people leaders and focus on your professional development.

Windermere is recognised as a flexible and family-friendly organisation and as such, this is a part-time position working 30.4 hours per week and will be based in our head office in Narre Warren.

About You:

  • Prior experience working within a similar learning and development role (minimum of 2 years’)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development
  • Knowledge and experience using a Learning Management System
  • Experienced at scheduling and maintaining annual training calendars
  • Deadline driven and high attention to detail
  • Confident use of technology and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
