Windarring Limited is a not-for-profit Disability Service Provider in central Victoria, with day service sites at Gisborne, Kyneton, Castlemaine and Bendigo.

Windarring provides community participation programs, day programs, under eighteen year old programs, supported travel, holiday programs, supported living and respite care.

Client-centred service delivery is about respecting and supporting choices while keeping the client comfortable and safe. It is about working with the client and their family, listening, learning and sharing what is really important and what will ‘make their day’.

Windarring values each client, their family and friends, staff and all other participants in their care. We work with a range of partners on initiatives to support social, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing.

our ideal candidate will have;

  • Participant focused to ensure individual outcomes are achieved
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evening, weekend, sleepovers and day service.
  • Experience providing individual outreach support
  • Experience providing support or job coaching to participants engaged in supported employment

essential criteria

  • Cert IV Disability or equiv. (or currently studying) and incl. Assists with Medication
  • Current ‘Provides First Aid’ and ‘Provides CPR’ qualification
  • Working with Children’s Check; EMPLOYEE
  • Current valid Victorian Driver’s licence
  • NDIS Worker screening check (which includes a Police check)
