About the opportunity:

Our new 30-bed Corio Therapeutic Community (TC) is nearing completion and is scheduled to open in July 2021. We’re looking for someone who is ready to use their project management and people skills on a project that will change hundreds of lives. When completed, the Corio TC will be a safe, supported place for people to continue their recovery journey. As the Project Lead you’ll have the opportunity to help bring the Corio TC to life by managing a program of work associated with the design and implementation of the Corio Therapeutic Community. You’ll work closely with and report to the Project Manager and Executive Director Rehabilitation Services as you manage and report on status, priorities, key deliverables, resourcing, change management and key dates. This opportunity is available immediately, is fulltime and a 6 months fixed term contract.

About you:

  • You will have demonstrated project management experience with a track record of managing multiple projects, effective leadership, and impressive interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have the ability to gain respect and to create a sense of community among project team members, colleagues, and managers.
  • You have good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs and experience in program, project, and change management methods
