The Finance and Administration Manager is the central role accountable for all the financial management and administrative matters for the organisation. This role is part of the Wildlife Victoria leadership team and is critical to ensuring the smooth running of the organisation and compliance with all financial and workplace and other relevant obligations.

As the key contact point for all staff and selected external parties on a range of matters the Finance and Administration Manager performs a trusted role and must have strong interpersonal skills and an engaging, mature and professional approach in dealing with others.

Wildlife Victoria is transforming its operations and this role presents an exciting opportunity to digitise finances and other administrative activities from a current paper-based system to position the organisation well into the future and truly make your mark.
