WHOS Therapeutic Community (TC) AOD residential services situated in Lilyfield, is seeking a casual Community Services Worker for its Men’s service , Gunyah, to work shift work including evenings and weekends. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the issues related to men with AOD dependency and work within the TC model of care. Experience an advantage, however, we equally welcome recent graduates.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in AOD or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current drivers licence
  • Computer literacy
  • Sound written and oral communication skills
  • Commitment to working as part of a team

Remuneration is based upon qualifications and experience equivalent to the SCHADSI Award. Being male is a genuine occupational qualification for this position as outlined under section 31 of the NSW Anti – Discrimination Act. Criminal record checks apply.
