This hands-on role will be responsible for the general administration of the business including management of the head office, human resources and accounting for the business. Additionally, the role will also oversee retail operations and marketing activities of the business and work with the management team to develop and deliver projects that enhance the business and brand.

The successful candidate will have experience in business administration including setting and monitoring budgets; processing payroll; be confident using a wide range of business systems; have the ability to innovate and implement change; and excellent customer service skills. Experience in retail management and the desire to learn and be a leader within the business would be a great advantage.
