This position will help create employment pathways for women by ensuring women are equipped for future job opportunities particularly in industries currently under-represented by women.

This will be achieved by consulting with women and working in partnership with local organisations, employers and education and training providers. This project will support women returning to the workforce, young women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, women with a disability and women with diverse migrant and refugee backgrounds.

By building confidence, knowledge and capacity through a range of accessible learning and training opportunities this project aims to increase women's participation in further training and employment.

This project will focus on the City of Whittlesea in Melbourne's outer-north.
