If you would like to make a positive difference to the lives of young people especially those experiencing complex needs then this is a role for you. The Empower Youth Worker will provide individual tailored support to young people and facilitate peer support and training sessions aimed at re-engaging young people back into education, training and community. The City of Whittlesea is a highly multicultural community and the Empower Youth Worker will have the skills and experience to engage young people from migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds. This role will be supported by a team and will have the opportunity to inform and improve the organisation's approach to supporting young people living in Whittlesea.
