The Ramp Coordinator has a significant role in the development and coordination of the Ramp program. This requires working closely with our program partner Reach; supervision of staff; participation in an engagement strategy for young people in care; recruitment, training and support of volunteer mentors and preparation of required reports and evaluations.

Your responsibilities will include:

The Ramp Program Coordinator reports to the Eastern Area Manager and key result areas include:

  • Development of the program in partnership with Reach
  • Stakeholder management
  • Coordination and supervision of staff
  • Volunteer recruitment and training
  • Ongoing support and supervision of volunteer mentors
  • Engagement strategy for young people in care
  • Matching young people with mentors
  • Program reporting and evaluation
