We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst & Development Manager to join our team in Footscray and work across our three Service Networks which are; Clinical and Practice Excellence, Community Response and Impact and our newest network Profit for Purpose.

The Profit for Purpose Network is responsible for scoping and analysis of Profit for Purpose market opportunities and the development of business cases to assist in determining the future viability of potential new and diversified businesses and social enterprises.

The role will also lead business development for the Not for Profit Networks including the design and development of business cases for new service delivery models, new businesses and the development of leverage opportunities of colocation or co-delivery of services. Your proven experience in managing and driving change within the healthcare sector, along with your qualification in business, marketing or enterprise will enable you to easily deliver on the following as you:

  • Analyse market opportunities for potential of new development stage gates including assessment, development, test, pilot, launch, scaleup, replication
  • Analyse available funding streams to expand existing Not for Profit community health services and programs into existing or new client cohorts and service domains through service system design/redesign/codesign, service or funding innovation and service model development
  •  Facilitate primary and secondary market opportunity research tools, data sources, workshops, focus groups and other methodologies to acquire market intelligence to inform analysis and business case development in healthcare industry
  • Establish and develop collaborative strategic relationships/alliances with a range of internal and external stakeholders, partners and service procurement providers to enable analysis and development of new services, programs and businesses

Your strong financial management skills with demonstrated experience in business analysis, business case development and developing and managing budgets and forecasts will be what sets you apart from your peers!
