The Capability Network is responsible for a number of key functions which support cohealth to achieve its strategic goals through the development and implementation of organisation-wide strategies, systems and processes. The Network seeks to continually improve systems and processes to optimise organisational effectiveness and works in partnership with all networks to promote growth, sustainability and organisational performance and accountability.
The Infrastructure team has responsibility for functions that support organisational sustainability, capability and productivity which include Information and Communication Technology, Knowledge Management, Client Applications & Health Information, Capital Planning & Development and Property & Asset Management. The team ensures that facilities, equipment, knowledge and technology systems and resources are fit for purpose and support productivity and the delivery of quality services to the community. The team also takes responsibility for the development and management of corporate customer service systems to ensure that requests from internal clients are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
As cohealth grows and develops, the Knowledge Management team is key to collating, standardising and making accessible organisational knowledge. The team is also responsible for implementing a Knowledge Management Strategy, identifying potential areas for improvement and developing new solutions to facilitate good knowledge management. The team works collegiately with other capability teams including Client Applications and ICT and has stakeholders across cohealth and with outside organisations to support and promote the use of good Knowledge Management principles and processes.

Qualifications, skills and attributes and the critical behaviours a person is required to fulfil the requirements of the job.
Qualifications - Tertiary Qualifications in Information or Knowledge Management or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
Attributes - Organising, planning and project management skills. Ability to prioritise competing business needs and work effectively with stakeholders across a broad spectrum. An enthusiastic and energetic person who is committed to working collaboratively with staff and managers across cohealth
Skills - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts in layman's language whilst being able to translate operational needs into technical requirements
Knowledge - Knowledge Management best practices and theory, Microsoft 365 suite, with Power Platform and SharePoint administrator experience.
Required
Technical Project Management experience, covering process mapping facilitation, requirements scoping, business cases development, task management, solutions testing and solutions delivery
Desirable
Demonstrated experience of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
A current driver's license
