The Lead, Program Development and Community Education is a leadership position responsible for both the identification of service delivery needs and the development of programs and services to address those gaps, as well as developing and delivering our community education programs by working with our stakeholders and the broader community within our catchment to identify and meet their education needs in relation to sexual and family violence and trauma.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for adopting innovative methods of support for people experience trauma generated by sexual and/or family violence, including opportunities for models of restorative justice and group work across a range of areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team extend and enhance this valuable service supporting some of the most vulnerable in our community.
