The Corporate Services Manager (CSM) plays a key role in the Shared Services of WestCASA with direct responsibility for the banking, finance and human resource activities of the Organisation. (The successful incumbent will have experience as a leader in the not for profit sector, specifically; financial reporting, budgets and audits, management of financial accounts, BAS, payroll, workcover and substantial human resources and industrial relations knowledge and experience.)

The CSM also holds an important responsibility in supporting the overall good practice and culture of WestCASA by supporting the Head of Shared Services in the development and implementation of key organisational policies and processes.
