Hummingbird House is Queensland's only children's hospice and provides short break stays, family support services, creative therapies, and care at the end of life for children with life limiting conditions and their families.

This new position is responsible for setting up and establishing the in-facility pharmacy service at Hummingbird House alongside the provision of advanced clinical pharmacist services, working collaboratively and supporting with the nursing focused clinical team in the provision of care to admitted guests-in-care. This role is part-time 4hrs/ day across 6 days/week. A job share arrangement will be considered.
