Wentworth Community Housing is searching for an employment industry professional with a heart for social justice and a strong capacity to adapt and innovate. We work with clients who are resilient and resourceful, though many face multiple barriers to education and employment.
The primary purpose of this role is to work in collaboration with clients/tenants and partner organisations to develop and deliver innovative projects which improve the financial wellbeing of participants, including client financial literacy, access to further education and sustainable employment.
The successful applicant to this role will have:
Your networking and partnership development capability will be matched by your ability to work with clients one-on-one and facilitating group processes including training.
Project development and management as well as employment industry experience are also essential to this role.

This role is classified as a Level 5 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, which attracts a full time equivalent salary starting from $82,780.88 per annum plus superannuation. As Wentworth is a not-for-profit organisation, salary packaging is available.
