As a Support Worker, you will deliver a variety of services to support people in living fulfilling and meaningful lives in the community. If you're a passionate, empathetic, and caring individual who is looking to make an invaluable positive impact on the lives of others, if you relish a challenge and new experience this is for you!
The Support Worker will be required to travel to various locations to deliver services. The role will undertake various support item delivery in accordance with the participants NDIS plan. Support categories include; assistance with daily life, transport, assistance with social and community participation, improved daily living skills etc.

The successful candidate preferably will be someone with flexible availability (highly desirable) and a commitment to providing a reliable and person-centred support to our participants. You must have the ability to transport participants in your own vehicle.
