Wellways is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our supportive team. This exciting opportunity will be primarily based at the Pymble (NSW) office, however, may also require flexibility to work from the Campbelltown (NSW) office based upon business needs at the time. Flexibility to work from both locations is highly desirable.

About the opportunity

As the CDS Administrator, you will undertake administrative duties related to all Consumer Directed Services (CDS) business within your region, to ensure participants are supported to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community. In this role, you will support all CDS staff across the Wellways team as well as potentially Wellways CDS external stakeholders, other disability service providers, and families and health professionals within the circle of participants.

Your role as a CDS Administrator will include the following key criteria:

  • Responding to enquiries and assisting people to understand their NDIS plan, signing service agreements and planning support schedules
  • Working effectively as part of the CDS Wellways team, to provide exceptional service to participants
  • Maintaining a high level of program quality and driving continuous improvement
  • Working with key stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications or commensurate administration experience
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake regular travel
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Appropriate IT Skills
  • Evidence of full COVID vaccination or valid medical exemption
