WaterAid’s vision is of a world where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation. The Event Manager is responsible for delivering corporate fundraising events across multiple states in conjunction with volunteer State Committees coordinating all aspects of WaterAid’s major corporate events including four Gala Fundraising Balls and other fundraising events such as Golf Days (nationally). The role is responsible for end to end event management including key stakeholder management, planning, forecasting, budgeting and volunteer coordination. The role also leads the design and promotional materials relevant to fundraising events.
Furthermore, you will be a self starter with exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), will have a proven ability to manage multiple and simultaneous deadlines and an ability to work independently. You will have a strong commitment to international development and our values.
