Having established offices in Perth and across a number of regional areas, the ECEI team is comprised of qualified, skilled and passionate professionals who are dedicated to supporting children with developmental delay or disability.

About you

We are looking for a driven, professional and passionate leader with demonstrated experience in the development, coordination and delivery of training plans aligned to quality, adult learning principles and program standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Practice Governance and Quality Framework
  • Establishing quality and safeguarding reporting, and monitoring systems
  • Full cycle rollout of strategies and systems to ensure an integrated approach to community capacity building across regions
  • Building and coordinating the Wanslea ECEI training program across regions in accordance with guidelines, governance and frameworks
  • Guiding service mapping activities across the regions and establish relevant partnerships as appropriate
  • Working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders to develop cross-regional initiatives to meet community needs and service objectives

Successful candidates will have:

  • Degree in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy) or other relevant professional field
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, coordination and delivery of training plans aligned to quality, adult learning principles and program standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the needs of children and families with a disability
  • Awareness and understanding of the functional and social impact of disability and the importance of social inclusion
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation and coordination of quality assurance across a program or business unit
  • Demonstrated understanding of "child safe" environment
  • Current Working with Children Card
  • Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
  • Current WA ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
