About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Services Lead to join our Corporate Services Team! A true generalist role, it is a fulltime position, located in our modern head office environment in Keysborough, supporting managers and HR services delivery.

You will be joining a great team, passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their life and employment goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end recruitment and selection, including recruitment strategy
  • Workcover and injury management
  • Remuneration and benefits
  • HR advice and partnering
  • Support the selection and implementation of a Human Capital Management system
  • Industrial relations support, including interpreting EBA’s and Awards to ensure employment legislative compliance
  • Volunteer management

What you'll need to succeed

Maybe you started your career in Workcover and injury management and moved into a HR generalist role. This is a true generalist role that requires strong Workcover management and rehabilitation nous. You will also need:

  • Appropriate HR academic qualifications, preferably at Bachelor level
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR management or leadership role
  • Strong generalist HR and industrial relations skills and capabilities
  • Effective leadership and influencing style
  • HR advice and partnering experience
  • Excellent Office Suite experience, including Excel, Teams, Word and Publisher
  • Human Capital Management skills are an advantage (ELMO, Peoplestreme or similar)
  • Resourceful and innovative approach to creating opportunities for those we support – make social change happen

Must haves

  • Right to work in Australia
  • Mandatory NDIS worker screening check will be conducted
  • Full Victorian drivers licence
